Developing

DevelopingLike almost everything else at Musgrave, career development is a partnership. Our approach to development continues throughout your career: driven by you, yet continuously supported by us.

We will give you the resources and opportunities you need to keep you learning and challenged at all times. Throughout your career you will enjoy a combination of learning & development opportunities both formal and informal. To this end, it is anticipated that a significant aspect of development for each individual will include real on the job experiences, and time in development roles.

Leading significant projects, working in another department or division for a period of time and other on the job development will be included for each individual where possible to help close the development gaps and to continue to leverage his/her strengths. That way, whatever your ambitions and aspirations you will be supported and equipped to realise them here.

Along with the on the job development opportunities, there are a number of key bespoke development programmes which form part of the ‘Musgrave Leadership Pathway’ and the ‘Musgrave Operations Pathway’. Each programme on the pathway is targeted at a particular group of Musgrave people and is underpinned by a foundation stage (Induction-The Musgrave Way) which everyone, new and current, will experience as part of their on-going development.
