Our Graduate Programme is a flexible, project-based placement system designed to fit around a real role in the business. In most cases it lasts for two years, although Finance graduates may train for longer, depending on final exams. Whichever programme you join, you will benefit from our partnership approach – working with us to define your journey from student to professional life.
